- Those who want to learn understand the relationship between the body and the mind and how the mind-body medicine enhances health and healing
Requirements and Recommendations:
- Viewing Device: Desktop or laptop computer will provide the best experience, although you can also connect via a tablet or smartphone.
- Internet connection: High-speed broadband wired or wireless is best.
- Video: Download Zoom to your computer, or install the Zoom app to your device. For interactive group sessions, a webcam or integrated camera will allow others to feel more connected with you.
- Audio: Headphone speakers are recommended. If you wish to participate vocally, a headset with a microphone will be ideal.
Jessica Singh, MD, RYT 200
Dr. Jessica Singh is a Yale-trained emergency medicine physician who completed the first physician wellness fellowship in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine.
Dr. Singh is the founder of Sukhayu Wellness. Sukh means peace and Ayu means life in the Sanskrit language. She promotes health and wellness for individuals and organizations as an integral coach, consultant, and educator. She teaches mind-body techniques, including breathwork, yoga, and Ayurveda, and is an Interactive Guided Imagery SM guide. Dr. Singh completed her yoga teacher training at Sivananda Yoga Retreat and is pursuing a Master of Science in Yoga and Yoga Therapy at Vivekananda Yoga University.
