Q: How do I apply a promo code?

We recently changed our payment system and the place where you enter your PROMO CODE has changed.

Now when you get to the shopping cart you will see at the top of the page a place for you to login, and beneath it a place where you can click and enter your promo code.

Q: I enrolled. Why does it say I am not enrolled?

A: You must be logged in for the website to know you are enrolled. If you are not logged in you will see “Login” in the main menu.

When you are logged in you will see “My Courses” where “Login” used to be. You can access the courses you are enrolled in from “My Courses”. 

If you are logged in and the course page that you know you are enrolled in still says you are not enrolled, reload the page. Your browser is probably remembering a cached version of the course page from before you were enrolled.

Q: How do I attend the live video sessions?

A: There will be a Zoom link in the course content that appears on a course page after you have enrolled. Please see the video for an example.

Q: Where will I find recordings and when do they become available?

A: If recordings are offered for your program they will become available on the course page once they are fully processed. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.
