The purpose of all aspects of Vedic Science is become a conscious Being which requires wisdom that comes with healthy longevity. The human body is an instrument for perceiving subtle energy that must be fine tuned throughout ones life. In the vata time of life above 60, human subtle awareness surges so we can become a realized passenger in this immortal journey of the soul.
While most just struggle to stay alive during this period Ayurveda predicted a conscious longevity for all of us where we all can realize a freedom from material attachments and a growing passion for exploring and mastering our own inner space.
To accomplish this we must heal a broken body, repair and refine digestion, live in synch with nature’s rhythms and shed unwanted emotions just bind us to what’s not real. Join me on this incredible journey of Vedic life and conscious longevity.
