How To Be Healthy and Vital at 100

Dr John Douillard

3 weekly sessions, Wednesdays, 5:00-6:30pm ET

Course description:

Longevity is not a measure of years lived, rather it’s an opportunity to become conscious before our precious time on Earth is up. The time-tested Ayurvedic practices in this course will help you shift physical and emotional patterns that lead to weak digestion, shallow breathing, poor sleep, chronic pain, and degenerative disease—all obstacles to graceful aging. Conscious Longevity will help you find balance, and connect you to the youthful energy and benefits of joy, contentment, and the power of your own spirituality—tapping into the ability to be love rather than just need love.

The human body is an instrument that requires tuning to optimally play the game of life, reach our full potential and experience the joy that awaits inside of all of us. The body is the most advanced instrument for perceiving subtle energy. In Ayurveda the more subtle something is the more powerful it is—think of the invisible microbiome or the circadian rhythms that tell the leaves to fall and whales to migrate. All of most powerful forces are invisible. Living healthfully to 100 requires us to tune this human instrument and first become more self-aware and through a state of heightened self-awareness we can take action with our thoughts to be free of old unwanted age provoking emotions. To make this happen Dr. Douillard will provide the Ayurvedic tools including breathing practices studied to release old molecules of emotion and activate prana in every cell of the body. You will also learn the science behind an Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle guaranteed to align your biological clocks with nature’s circadian rhythms. Finally, learn to take action as Krishna told Arjuna—pull back your bow, become silent and fully self-aware and only then—take action. Join Dr. John Douillard and learn how to take transformational action in your life.

Modules:

Module 1: Conscious Longevity: Be free of unwanted emotions that rapidity age you.

Ayurveda was created to bring the body into balance in order to enhance self-awareness, which allows us to separate the truth from non-truth and take transformational action. In this module of the course, you’ll take a deeper dive into Ayurvedic psychology, learning how to apply two of this ancient study’s foundational principles on transformational action and attachment.

Module 2: Prana is the Key! Learn how to activate prana in every cell of the body

Proper pranayama breathing practices are major lymph movers and powerful rasayanas, or longevity super tools. In this module, you’ll discover the benefits of breathing through your nose, instead of your mouth and a slow breathing practice to help you reach more subtle states of being.

Module 3: Circadian Science Backs Ayurvedic Wisdom:

Living in-sync with nature is now Nobel Prize-winning science called circadian medicine. In Ayurveda, and in traditional cultures around the world, this is a natural way of living. In this module, you will explore the science behind circadian medicine, and learn how to apply it to your daily life.
