Free Webinar: The Heart of the Bhagavad Gita: Uplift your Mind and Soul

 Rukmini Chaitanya

FREE WEBINAR, Tuesday, 7:00-8:30pm  ET

Connect with the profound ancient wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, which is the best remedy for our modern life struggles, stresses, and confusions. Spending an hour with this knowledge will uplift your spirit and bring joy into your heart. This sacred text not only brings wisdom to the individual, but allows the seeker to experience a special connection with other like-minds within the online community.

During this free webinar we will chant verses from the Gita together, we will study the translation and commentary, and we will view a slideshow that brings this ancient story to life with images, color, and art.

Participants will experience how the study of the Bhagavad Gita with like-minded spiritual seekers is a practice in itself. We will learn how it works very subtly on our mind and intellect while uplifting and purifying us at the same time. Through stories, chants, teachings and discussion we will elevate our consciousness and experience an hour outside the realm of worldliness, rejoicing in the presence of Lord Krishna the teacher, Arjuna the student, and their most sacred dialogue.

During our collective study of the Bhagavad Gita, we are sharing the spiritual company of Krishna and Arjuna and enjoying spiritual abundance, success, upliftment and goodness. These qualities are needed now more than ever before.

In the last verse of the Bhagavad Gita, Sanjaya, the Narrator of the story says:
“Wherever is Krishna the Lord of Yoga, wherever is Arjuna, the wielder of the bow, there is prosperity, victory, happiness and firm policy; Such is my firm conviction.”

Join this free webinar and experience the joy of our spiritual family. Discover the power of spiritual study and the energy of our collective practice so that you may bring it into the world and share it with others!

Students will learn how to use tuning forks as modern sound healing tools that integrate with and enhance the practice of yoga. Special emphasis will be given to the scientific understanding of vibration related to neural coherence, yoga postures, rhythmic breathing, and chanting OM. Students will deepen their confidence in the importance of sound practices as an integral part of yoga practice.
