Is this a new website?
Yes. This is a new website that was created specially for online programs from the ashram.
How do I get to my courses?
To take courses you’ve purchased you need to be logged in. When you are logged in you will see “My Courses” at the top righthand side of the page. When you click there you will be taken to a list of your courses. If you do not see your recently purchased courses reload the page and check again.
I just purchased a course but when I go to the course page it still looks the same. Where is the content?
Once you have purchased a course the course content with show up on the course page just below the title and again at the very bottom of the course page. If you purchased the course (and the transaction was successful) and the course content is not showing up, reload the course page and the content should appear.
What is my username and password?
Your username is the email address you registered with and you created your password at checkout. If you cannot remember your password go to the Login page and click the link “Lost your password?” You will enter your email address you registered with and receive an email to update your password.
How long will I be able to access my courses?
You will have lifetime access to the courses you purchase.
Can I ask the teacher questions?
Yes. If you have any questions for the teacher of one of the courses you are taking please email nassau@sivananda.org with your question and the name of the teacher and it will be forwarded to them.
