About the Twenty Important Spiritual Instructions:
Swami Sivananda gave us twenty important spiritual instructions for the harmonizing of an active inner spiritual life with an active outer secular life. The instructions give the key to Blessedness even while living in the world and through the world itself.
It is very important to practice these instructions. They pave the way to ultimate perfection in the most practical and secure way. They are the essence of all spiritual Sadhana.

The Twenty Important Spiritual instructions form the content of a daily routine for spiritual seekers. The instructions were lucidly explained by Swami Chidananda who was a beloved disciple of Swami Sivananda and his successor. Swami Chidananda reveals for us the significance of each instruction and the way to apply and practice each and every instruction. We will study the instructions and learn how to make them a part and parcel of our life. When practiced, the instructions become life-changing. Sadhana (spiritual practice) becomes steady and powerful.
Additionally, the participants will learn how to work with a resolve form and a spiritual diary which were formulated by Swami Sivananda.
Jnaneshwari Chaitanya will be available to to guide and support the practice of each student individually throughout all week days.
About the resolve form:
Taking resolves concerning the spiritual life is a part and parcel of every spiritual aspirant. Resolves are taken for the purpose of making progress and living up to our ideals and expectations. You will learn how to choose your own individual resolves in a way that will ensure your safe progress. You will learn how to work with a resolve form, according to the teaching of Swami Sivananda.
About the spiritual diary:
The spiritual diary is important for keeping up with a daily routine and for the purpose of self-analysis. It is a whip to the mind, writes Swami Sivananda. It is an indispensable companion for every spiritual aspirant. Swami Sivananda created a spiritual diary that includes every aspect of spiritual Sadhana or practice. We will learn how to work with the diary and how to adapt it to our own needs and circumstances.
The students of this course will get the gift of truly understanding what real Sadhana is, and how to maintain it.

For enrolled students, a video recording will be available after each class in the event you miss a class or would like to review the content.
