The challenges and stress of our daily lives come from having a restless mind. As long as the mind is only focused on the ever-changing world outside of ourselves, it has no stable foundation in which it can find rest and peace.
Meditation is the practice by which the mind is gradually guided to move inwards into its own subtler levels of being. The subtler our perception is guided, the closer the mind comes in contact with the Divine reality within, the true Self. In the inner stillness, the mind finds tranquility and silence.

This program is offered live through Zoom webinar with the availability for students to interact through Q&A with the presenter.
For enrolled students, a video recording will be available after each class in the event you miss a class or would like to review the content.
It is possible to register and take the course at any time. You can catch up on any classes you miss with the recordings.
Requirements and Recommendations:
Swami Hridyananda is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda and senior staff at the Yoga Retreat. She has spent over 35 years teaching different aspects of yoga, as well as teaching in Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Courses. She also teaches meditation, thought power, chanting, and supports individuals on their inner transformative journey.
