Meditation and Silence in Everyday Life
8 WEEKLY SESSIONS, Tuesdays, 12:00-1:30pm Eastern
What you'll learn:
The challenges and stress of our daily lives come from having a restless mind. As long as the mind is only focused on the ever-changing world outside of ourselves, it has no stable foundation in which it can find rest and peace.
Meditation is the practice by which the mind is gradually guided to move inwards into its own subtler levels of being. The subtler our perception is guided, the closer the mind comes in contact with the Divine reality within, the true Self. In the inner stillness, the mind finds tranquility and silence.
Offered as 8 weekly sessions on Tuesdays, May 4, 11, 18, 25, Jun 1, 8, 15 & 22, 12:00-1:30pm Eastern
