Today, life can be very demanding, overwhelming and exhausting.

It can be hard to find balance in our priorities and responsibilities and sometimes we need to go through a breakdown or see someone we love go through one in order to have a breakthrough or an Aha! Moment.

Often, breakdowns lead us down a path to having a better understanding of ourselves and of our emotions. At first, we can feel that we are losing our minds and feel out of control. It is extremely overwhelming and nothing about it is pleasant but if we learn how to approach these difficult and challenging times in a healthy way we can learn valuable lessons that will help us grow and evolve into healthier and higher levels of thinking, of doing and of being.

There are so many layers that make us who we are, but if we learn to dig deeper we can tap into our emotional blockages and transform them into opportunities. If we want to create a better and stronger and more empowered version of ourselves we need to learn how to use mindfulness practices like meditation, deep breath work, yoga exercises, and gratitude in our day to day lives. Having a daily practice will direct us in the right direction even in the most difficult of times, it will keep us grounded and focused on what is important and it will renew our energy and keep our vibration high.

This program is offered live through Zoom webinar with the availability for students to interact through Q&A with the presenter.

For enrolled students, a video recording will be available after each class in the event you miss a class or would like to review the content.

It is possible to register and take the course at any time. You can catch up on any classes you miss with the recordings.

Swami Shambhudevananda

Swami Shambhudevananda is the director of the Sivananda Yoga center in Tel Aviv and a practitioner of yoga and meditation for more than 20 years. A member of the Sivananda organization since 1995, Swami Shambhudevananda regularly teaches Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga philosophy for the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Courses and advanced courses. He is a much-loved, knowledgeable, and inspiring teacher.
