What is your life’s purpose? What was your soul called here to do? What’s the meaning of this life? You’re alive during an especially significant era in the world, but these changing times can present great challenges.
This special class is designed for those who desire to know their greater purpose in life and who seek to find deeper meaning in these shifts, but perhaps struggle with stress and fear due to the world’s difficulties. Which sounds the most like you?
- Do you feel overwhelmed by all of the changes happening in the world?
- Do you find it emotionally difficult to cope when friends, family, and fellow human beings are creating divisions between themselves?
- Have you experienced isolation or loneliness…or even the fear of re-engaging with the world after extended periods of solitude?
- Are you responsible for the well-being of others, yet struggle to feel completely stable within yourself?
- Do you desire to feel secure and confident in your life’s purpose, so you can be a positive role model for others?
- Are you looking to feel more clear and stable on your spiritual path?
- Do you wish to experience more happiness and peace of mind in your daily life?
Yoga shows the way to the ultimate answers for all these questions. Positive psychology has shown that the more connected you feel with your own life’s purpose, the happier you will be. As you embark on the yogic path, you’ll find yourself more peaceful, content, and stable, regardless of life’s challenges. Yoga paves a clear path to a calm mind, healthy body, and an enlivened spirit.
When you feel strong and stable in your deepest sense of Self, it radiates outward and positively affects those around you. Especially during unpredictable and turbulent times in the world, building the skill of inner stability is your key to connect to your purpose and happiness.
How can you experience this deeper happiness and sense of purpose?
Swami Sivananda once said, “An ounce of practice is worth a ton of theory.” Therefore this class will focus on three practical elements of yoga that are necessary to lead you to clarity, purpose, and peace of mind.
In this webinar, we will explore the Vedic teachings about the four goals of life and how they correspond to the four stages of life. We will also discuss the topic of Swadharama, one’s own individual duty or calling, and how to know what that is. Finally, we will discuss the highest duty, the one which is common to all and the real key to eternal bliss.
The three essentials we’ll cover in this class are: Satsanga (association with spiritual people and teachers), Swadhyaya (Self Study or study of scriptures), Sadhana (Spiritual Practice)
Join this free class and discover how to use these three essentials to not only strengthen and uplift yourself and align you with your own purpose, but to become a beacon of light for others. When you’re clear in your purpose and happy within yourself, peace and joy will radiate through you and uplift those around you.
All are welcome to join this free webinar. You are invited to take a deep dive to discover your life’s meaning, awaken your capacity for happiness, and learn how to live a spiritual life of peace and purpose.
In this 90-minute online workshop with Rukmini Chaitanya, we’ll cover these three essentials:
- Sadhana: Sadhana, or spiritual practice, includes many yogic tools including yoga asanas, pranayama, japa, and meditation. You’ll learn how to use these for your own spiritual development and happiness.

- Swadhyaya: Swadhyaya or “Self-study” encourages practices that help you to learn more deeply about your true Self. With the support from scripture and your teachers, you connect the dots to understand how and why to use Sadhana as your path to purpose and peace. knowledge of your true nature, is the secret for true happiness, security and immortality
Throughout this past year and a half, many of us have experienced grief, loss, loneliness, isolation, anxiety, depression, confusion and uncertainty. The study and practice of Yoga and Vedanta can serve as an anchor and a shield. It can protect us, it can ground us, it can heal our body, mind and heart. But most importantly, it can help us understand the meaning of all of this and reconnect us with the joy and bliss that we are.
