Iswara Chaitanya is a Sivananda Yoga practitioner and teacher of many years and a senior staff member at the ashram. He currently serves the ashram as the head of Reception and IT manager, as well as teaching many courses including in the ATTC.

Q: What devices can I use to take the courses? You can use any computer or mobile device that is connected to the internet with a strong enough connection to stream videos. 

Q: How is this course different from the live courses the ashram offers? This courses differs from the online programs because it is pre-recorded. You can take it at your own pace without any pre-determined class times.
