Uplift Your Mind and Heal Your Heart

Positive Thinking for Mental Freedom and Spiritual Peace

Bhargavi Chaitanya

12 WEEKLY SESSIONS, Saturdays, 1:00-2:30pm ET

“Man sows a thought and reaps an action; he sows an action and reaps a habit; he sows a habit and reaps a character; he sows a character and reaps a destiny.”

– Swami Sivananda

The quality of our thoughts shapes the quality of our lives. Yet most of us have never been taught how to train the mind, direct our thoughts, or cultivate positive mental habits. Instead, we often find ourselves caught in cycles of worry, self-doubt, fear, and negativity that drain our energy and limit our potential.

If you long for greater peace of mind, emotional balance, and the ability to respond to life’s challenges with clarity and confidence, this course is for you.

Drawing from the timeless teachings of Raja Yoga and Vedanta, Bhargavi Chaitanya will present practical methods to refine the mind, transform negative thought patterns, and develop positive thinking as a way of life. Rather than trying to change external circumstances, you will learn how to change your relationship with them, discovering the inner freedom that comes from mastering the mind.

Through guided reflection, practical exercises, and discussion, you will gain tools to cultivate patience, resilience, self-confidence, and optimism while developing greater awareness of the subconscious patterns that influence your thoughts and actions.

Bhargavi Chaitanya will guide the study, offering clear explanations, practical techniques, and opportunities for reflection and questions in a supportive learning environment.

This course is open to all, whether you are new to yoga philosophy or have an established spiritual practice. The teachings will be presented in a practical and accessible way, enabling each participant to apply them in everyday life and develop a calmer, more positive, and purposeful mind.

Join this course to gain the knowledge and tools to master your thoughts, cultivate lasting positive habits, and experience greater mental freedom and spiritual peace.
