Open your heart and experience Divine Love through the practice of Bhakti Yoga – the Yoga of Devotion. Join us on a transformative 5-week journey to deepen your connection with your Divine True Self. Learn practices to gain mastery over your mind, and to manage the lower emotions by tuning into the higher frequencies of love, compassion, and joy — just in time for the holidays!
As Swami Vishnudevanada says, Christmas is the best time to study, teach and practice the Narada Bhakti Sutra because of its message of joy and Divine Love! So, let’s take these coming 5 weeks to engage in the practice of opening the spiritual heart. Together we will explore the birth, growth, and expression of Divine Love according to the Narada Bhakti Sutra – an ancient Vedic text on Bhakti Yoga.
Throughout this experiential course, we will delve into the 9 practices of Bhakti Sadhana: singing kirtan, performing puja (rituals), japa (repetition of the Divine Name), listening to stories, acting in service, cultivating a relationship with the Divine, and more. We will also explore the teachings of other traditions and to show the similar ways we connect to the Divine — it is The Religion of Love!
Take the time to benefit from personal guidance on how to arrange a special place for your Sadhana (including an altar) that will help you establish a steady practice of Bhakti Yoga at home. This is a great opportunity to transform your life and receive inspiration for spiritual practice and for your daily life!
Bhakti Yoga is the BEST method to overcome negative emotions. We experience many of these emotions in our daily lives, especially over these last two years of global challenges. Bhakti Yoga can help to transmute negative emotions like stress, anxiety, anger, depression into the higher emotions of Compassion and Divine Love. Let’s shift this energy right now and welcome the New Year with the blessings of the Love of God in our hearts.
There is no better way to start the New Year than by opening your heart. Together, let’s move into a fresh, vibrant 2022!
