Raja Yoga is the king of all Yogas. It deals directly with the mind, teaching us how to raise ourselves to the thoughtless state which is beyond description.


Raja Yoga shows us the way to self-perfection. Through its practice we are changed. Even a little practice reduces misery, lessens the sense of despair and frustration and promotes confidence, strength, peace and happiness.

Raja Yoga sadhana will give you the calmness you are seeking, restful sleep, increased energy, vigor, vitality, longevity, and a high standard of health. It will infuse in you new strength, confidence, self reliance, and mastery over the mind.  

Based on one of Swami Sivananda’s masterpiece book – Raja Yoga- this course will teach you how to become a real Yogi amidst life’s struggles. 

Join this 12 week course with Jnaneshwari Chaitanya to dive deep into the teaching and practices of Raja Yoga. You will gain tools for the  change and growth you are seeking.

"I completed my yoga teachers training in 2000 at the Ashram in Bahamas and although the Bhagavad Gita was part of the curriculum, I can honestly say I didn't really understand or appreciate it. This program is offered live through Zoom webinar with the availability for students to interact through Q&A with the presenter.

For enrolled students, a video recording will be available after each class in the event you miss a class or would like to review the content.

It is possible to register and take the course at any time. You can catch up on any classes you miss with the recordings.

Jnaneshwari Chaitanya

Jnaneshwari Chaitanya is a senior teacher of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers. She joined the Sivananda organization in 2001 and was initiated into Brahmacharya in 2016.

An experienced and devoted practitioner of Yoga, meditation and philosophical studies, she regularly teaches Yoga and Vedanta in the ashram programs and the Bhagavad Gita in Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Courses. Jnaneshwari Chaitanya is known for her clear and pure way of communicating yogic knowledge and its application in daily life.
