12 WEEKLY SESSIONS, Tuesdays, 3:00-4:30pm ET

“Unfold the Divinity that is lurking in your heart by concentration and meditation. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your life. Meditate. Meditate.”

Swami Sivananda

The beginning of a new year is a sacred opportunity — a quiet invitation to start anew, to live more consciously, and to turn inward toward what truly matters.

Beginning the year by deepening your meditation sets a powerful tone for the months ahead, for meditation is not simply a technique. It is a path of transformation.

Whether you are brand new to meditation or wish to refresh and deepen your practice, this course gives you the building blocks for a strong meditation routine.

Meditation reduces stress and teaches us to overcome negative emotions such as anger, depression, and anxiety.

Meditation enhances health, vitality, and happiness. Meditation builds confidence and self-esteem.
Meditation ultimately takes us to the highest realm of Superconsciousness, wherein Supreme Bliss and Peace are realized as our very Being.

This course offers a deep and practical immersion into meditation — not as an abstract idea, but as a living spiritual discipline that purifies the heart, disciplines the mind, and awakens higher awareness.

Whether you are new to meditation or already practicing, this course is designed to give you a clear and steady approach rooted in timeless yogic wisdom. You will not only learn how to meditate, but also how to remove obstacles, support your inner growth, and allow meditation to become a natural part of daily life.

Each class includes 30–40 minutes of pranayama, meditation, and other practices dedicated to the development of keen concentration. Jnaneshwari Chaitanya will guide you into the practices with personal attention and will be available for questions and personal guidance.

What You Will Learn

  • How to meditate
  • Obstacles on the yogic path and how to overcome them
  • Common obstacles to meditation and practical ways to work with them
  • The role of food and diet in supporting meditation
  • How to meditate on virtues such as patience, purity, courage, and serenity
  • The difference between Saguna (with form) and Nirguna (without form) meditation
  • Meditation and mantra: meaning, use, and inner effect
  • The role of the Guru in spiritual life and meditation

“No more words. Retire into a solitary room. Close your eyes. Have deep silent meditation. Dive deep into the innermost recesses of the heart. Drink the nectar of immortality.”

-Swami Sivananda
