This is the schedule (all times are in Eastern Time – please see schedules in other time zones below)
6:00 – 7:30 am: Morning Satsang (silent meditation, chanting, and a short teaching)
7:30 – 8:30 am: Break
8:30 – 10:00 am: Asana and Pranayama Practice Class
10:15 – 11:15 am: Class on Bhagavad Gita, Meditation Techniques, Mantra Chanting, or Nutrition and Lifestyle at Home
11:15 – 12:00 pm: Break
12:00 – 1:30 pm: Main Lecture (Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Psychology, Anatomy and Physiology)
1:45 – 3:30 pm: How to Teach Asana and Pranayama Class
4:00 – 5:00 pm: Mentor session
8:00 – 9:45 pm: Evening Satsang (silent meditation, chanting, and a short teaching)
Optional evening Satsang is also available at 8:00 pm.
*Only one satsang per day is required, although we encourage students to attend both satsangs if possible
**The day off will be on Monday
